Equipment

  • 1 QT Saucepan 
  • 1 Condiment container Optional
  • 6 Paper or Glass Snow Cone Bowl
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can AMAYU Buriti Superfruit Juice
  • 1 Can AMAYU Camu Camu Superfruit Juice
  • 3 Cups Shaved/Crushed Ice

Instructions

  • Preheat the saucepan over medium high heat
  • Pour 1- 1½ cup of juice to the heated saucepan, bring to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally
  • Boil until mixture has reduced by half and resembles a syrup-like consistency when moving in the pan
  • Pour into a heat safe container and allow to cool and chill completely
  • Repeat for other juice flavor
  • When ready to assemble snow cones, scoop shaved or crushed ice into the desired bowl.  Pour/drizzle syrup over the ice and enjoy!  Pairs well with any hot day!
